A transcript is your official academic record and shows a complete record of your academic information.
Sault College uses a secure, online, digital credential platform called MyCreds to issue academic documents electronically. These digital documents can be shared securely with educational institutions, employers and other third-party organizations. Documents are official, verifiable, and supported by digital signatures through the MyCreds portal.
To request your transcript, fill out the form below. You will receive MyCreds account information to the email you provided shortly after submitting your form. Once you login to MyCreds, you will be able to pay for and access your transcript(s).
For Application to Ontario Colleges or Universities
If you are requesting an official transcript as part of a university or college application for institutions in Ontario, you can place your request through the appropriate application site - ontariocolleges.ca or ouac.on.ca.
