Sault College Landlord Information

Do you have an extra room or house you wish to rent out or are you thinking about renting space to students? If so, Sault College is here to help! Email us at    Krista.Gridzak@saultcollege.ca with details for your listing   or join us in- person or online    during one of our   information     sessions below to learn more about how we can connect you with our students who are interested in living off-campus.

We are hosting two landlord Information sessions with the option to attend online or on campus:

  • Tuesday August 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in M1030 (located off of Northern Avenue at the College Main entrance), or join us virtually by registering HERE.
     
  • Thursday August 12, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. for an online only session by registering HERE.

All area landlords or those considering becoming a landlord are welcome to attend the information sessions.     During the information session, staff from the College will be providing information on how you can advertise your rentals in a way that will reach our students, provide general information on the needs of our students and help to answer your questions about advertising your rental property.

Social distancing, masking and COVID-19 screening will be in effect for those attending the on-campus session.

Parking is free on campus. We hope to see you there!
