mySaultCollege QUICK START INFORMATION

The mySaultCollege site is the Sault College Portal.  It allows you to view your application and registration information, as well as information on grades, accounts, class cancellations, and links to College Service areas. follow these steps to get started!

NEW STUDENT LOGINS

Your username is your 8-digit student identifier followed by @saultcollege.ca (12345678@saultcollege.ca).

Your initial password is welcome+postalcode (ex. welcomep6a5l3 or welcome90210).

IMPORTANT

When using your account for the first time, you MUST:

Register for Self-Service Password Reset

Lastly, for security reasons
We highly recommend all new students change your password.

RETURNING STUDENTS

Type the last password used.

If you forget your password, follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you are unable to reset your password and need further assistance, please enter a password reset service request

LOGGING INTO THE STUDENT PORTAL
NOTE:
The page before you login is called the Welcome Page.
 Click the Help tab, in the upper right hand corner of your window, for additional help.

1. Using your Web browser (Firefox, Safari, etc.) go to https://my.saultcollege.ca  Click the Login button. 
2. On the Login page, enter your username and password and click LOGIN.
3. Click No if a dialogue box asks if you want your browser to remember your password.
4. Navigate by clicking different tabs that will display different types of information.
5. When you are finished using the Student Portal, make sure you logout by clicking on the Logout button on the upper right-hand side of your screen. Be sure to do this each time you exit to ensure privacy.
6. Next, select your account in order to complete the logout process.
7. After logging out, you will return to the Welcome Page.
 
TROUBLESHOOTING

Why did my Login fail?

You entered an incorrect username/password combination.

After 10 unsuccessful logon attempts (wrong password), you will need to solve a CAPTCHA dialog as part of logon.
After a further 10 unsuccessful logon attempts (wrong password) and correctly solving of the CAPTCHA dialog, the you will be locked out for a longer time period.
Further incorrect passwords will result in an exponential increase in the lockout time period.

The account you are using does not exist.
If you are sure your account information is correct and you have made multiple attempts, please contact the IT Service Desk   (Support).
