Our Housing Office offers dedicated support to landlords, like setting up appointments for our students to check out your rental, sharing their contact information so you can talk with them directly, and organizing the details for your future openings. That means no more hunting for tenants on your own!

We set you up with student recommendations and even free online rental listings - so it's a win-win for everyone! Sault College will be ready with a list of recommended students who would be a great fit for your place. Whether our students are looking for a single room, private living, space for a family, or specific amenities - we'll help you find the perfect match for your rental hassle-free.

Our Housing Office teams up with several rental companies and individuals and offers awesome support in finding the perfect students for your rentals. At our Landlord Information Session, you will meet our Housing team for information about the renting process and to ask any questions, and we'll help you fill your vacancies.

Food and beverages will be served, plus you'll have a chance to win some great prizes like 4-month memberships to our Fitness Centre and Waterfront Adventure Centre.
