This course assists students in the further development of knowledge and skills acquired in-class.
Students will build responsive relationships with children, families and other professionals. Students are expected to maintain standards of professional conduct and become familiar with early learning environments including physical space, routine and schedule.
Competencies in observation and interpretation of children`s behavior are focal points of this practical experience. Students work with families and children (birth to six years) in licensed childcare settings or kindergarten programs.
