The Opportunity: A Service Delivery Assistant to perform duties related to phone and in-person reception for the Blind River Employment Solutions office and to provide clerical support and statistical recordkeeping to the Director, Employment Consultants and other staff members as required.
What you need to be successful:
- diploma in office administration or business
- minimum one year clerical work experience with data entry/recordkeeping and customer service
- experience processing and tracking financial claims
- demonstrated data entry and record-keeping skills with a strong attention to detail
- well-developed customer service skills and a demonstrated strong commitment to customer service
- strong MS Office Suite computer proficiency
- excellent organizational skills
- excellent written/verbal communication skills
This is an Appendix D position, 35 hours/week, Payband D - $23.60 - $27.34 (starting rate $23.60), required for approximately six months.
