There are many International Scholarships available from multiple sources. From Summer Exchanges to International Degree Completion, there are plenty of options for Sault College students to travel the world and learn at the same time!

Korea Aerospace University (KAU) in Seoul, South Korea
Solely for Aviation students, KAU offers an International Summer Aviation Program. The program is 1 month, usually beginning in late June and ending in late July. Students can choose from 3 different courses in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. The program also gives students the opportunity to tour one of the world’s largest airports, Incheon Airport, and participate in tours of Korean Air hangers. Institutes of Technology Ireland (IOTI) in multiple cities across Ireland
IOTI is made up of 13 Institutes of Technology across Ireland. Through an agreement with Colleges Ontario, Sault College graduates of a three-year program can obtain an honours degree in as little as two years of study. IOTI has program in Business, Engineering, Computer Programming and Hospitality Management. Inverness College, University of the Highlands and Islands in Inverness, Scotland
Located in Northern Scotland, Inverness is a beautiful town surrounded by stunning natural scenery. Primarily for Natural Environment and Outdoor Studies (NEOS) students, Inverness College gives NEOS students the opportunity to complete their degree in as little as one year. Through an articulation agreement, students in Forestry Conservation Technician or Natural Environment Technician are eligible to continue at Inverness to complete their degree. Inverness recently reduced their tuition for Sault College graduates and there are scholarships available for Canadian students. University of Wales Trinity Saint David in multiple cities in Wales, United Kingdom
The University is comprised of two main campuses, located in Lampeter and Carmarthen and although it’s the newest university in Wales, its roots stretch back to 1822. Sault College and the University of Wales are currently developing an international articulation agreement. Students of Sault College’s Health and Fitness promotion program will soon be able to complete their degree in as little as one year! University of Northampton, England, United Kingdom
The University of Northampton is based in the heart of England only a short journey from London and Birmingham. They are a medium sized University with a history of educating OTA/PTA students that dates back to 1941 in St Andrew’s Hospital (Northampton).
Sault College and the University of Northampton have developed a new and exciting pathway for OTA/PTA students to progress onto the second year of their 3 year Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with the option to stay for one more year to complete the Master’s degree in Advanced Occupational Therapy.

Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in Wuhan, China
HUST offers many programs in English including Law, Education, Science, Engineering and Business. Students may be eligible to complete their degree at HUST after graduating from a 2 or 3 year Sault College diploma program. HUST also offers a summer Chinese language course (2-6 weeks) for those who want to learn a new language. The 3+3 Business Internship program offers students the opportunity to learn Chinese for 3 months and then move on to a three month internship at a Chinese business. Chung-Ang University (CAU) in Seoul, South Korea
CAU has an International Summer program which focuses on Korean language and culture. The program runs twice per year from the end of June until the end of July and from the first of August to the end of August. Each program involves a number of academic excursions, cultural field trips and corporate tours. CAU also has a wide variety of English programs for degree completion. Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea
Konkuk’s Internship and Cultural Experience Program gives students the opportunity to travel abroad with both free airfare and housing. Each day is split into two sections, in the morning you will teach three English classes and in the afternoon you have workshops and tours. It’s a great opportunity to get hands-on teaching experience and travel abroad for the summer. The program begins in the last week of June and ends in the last week of July.
