Personal Training

Personal training could be suited for you if;

Take advantage of our Certified Personal Trainers to help you achieve your desired fitness goals whether it be sport specific, to manage injuries or to increase overall health levels. We'll guide you through every step of the way with a customized program to suit your needs and abilities.

Member Price Note: To receive the above price for personal training services individuals must hold a valid membership to the facility until all purchased sessions are completed. No Refunds.

Group Exercise

Join us for group exercise classes in the modernistic open concept fitness studio. With 1000 square feet available and natural daylight from the window terrace overlooking campus, members are able to participate in group exercise whether they are at a beginner or advanced skill level. Choose the class that suits your goals and interests.
