Meet Sienna. She graduated from our Bachelor of Science - Nursing (Honours) program in 2022. She then - without pause - joined Sault Area Hospital as a Registered Nurse. She graces the Pediatric wing and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she finds comfort in helping babies get healthy.
Sienna's passion for helping others was influential in choosing nursing as a career. And she loves it! She gives credit to Sault College's approach to experiential learning and believes that the hands-on clinical time was an important part of her curriculum. The amazing support from knowledgeable faculty was also on top of her list of what she loved most about the nursing program here.
Sienna loves knowing that what she chose to do as a career is helping others - especially the ones that are most vulnerable. And she can't help but love cuddling babies that she cares for in Pediatrics.
